Eve Clark

Managing Director - L3Harris Integrated Mission Systems Australia

Eve Clark is Managing Director for L3Haris Integrated Mission Systems Australia Pty Ltd (L3Harris IMSA), a subsidiary of L3Harris Technologies, Inc.

Western Australia-based L3Harris IMSA is positioned as a Defence partner of choice delivering complex system integration and sustainment programs across all domains.

L3Harris IMSA creates Sovereign Industry capability in key technologies and covers the full project/product life cycle – in country project management, meeting Australian standards, software development, systems integration, and in country build/repair/upgrades.

Australian developed maritime domain awareness products provide short and long range surveillance and security capabilities. Undersea surveillance, network and acoustic communications applications are a key area of Australian developed technology linked with wider L3Harris capability.

L3Harriis IMSA provides and supports the Navigation Display System ECDIS capability on all RAN platforms. The company provides full logistics support for Defence, including warehousing, annual survey, help desk, and shipboard repairs.

Surface ship integrated internal and external communications is another key technology provided and supported by L3Harris IMSA. The system is installed on the Collins Class submarines and Landing Helicopter Docks, and is being installed on the Offshore Patrol Vessels and a Sealift ship.

In the land domain, the company provides and supports night fighting equipment. The support centre provides full logistics support on behalf of Defence, including warehousing and inventory management, distribution and repair services.

Eve provides leadership and direction, enabling the local company to deliver innovative system solutions and services to its defence and commercial customers. At a more general level, she is responsible for company strategy for growth while maintaining agility and a strong people focus.

L3Harris IMSA has 8 sites across Australia with 200 personnel. The site leads report either directly to Eve or into a matrix project management structure.

Previously, Eve was Deputy Managing Director and Director, Programs & Technology. Prior to that she delivered a number of programs as Project Manager. Eve has been with L3Harris for 19 years.

Eve holds an MBA from the Herriot- Watt business school of the University of Edinburgh, UK and a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Science in computer studies from the University of South Australia.
